This American WW2 fighter was overshadowed by other types during the course of
the war, which may explain it being somewhat less present in popular
culture. It's post-war use is limited, but with the Brazilian Air Force
which operate the P-40 Warhawk up to 1954 when the type was retired due to wing
spar fatigue. For the benefit of WW2 vintage aircraft amateurs, the
type will be available in Brazilian colors.
